What they won’t tell you about this
Welcoming atmosphere provided by Eileen and David made me feel at home. Breakfast served in the beautiful conservatory was a delightful experience, especially with views of the garden.
Occasional barking from dogs can disrupt the peaceful ambiance. Confusion during payment meant I had to return after check-out, which was inconvenient.

The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and I felt
like I was at home rather than a guest. Eileen and David were incredibly hospitable, making guests feel comfortable and valued. The breakfast was delicious with excellent quality ingredients. One small detail to note is the need to pre-order breakfast items the night before.

Spacious rooms, Beautiful gardens, Interesting local history
The decor feels quite outdated compared to modern standards!!! Limited hot water during busy mornings is a real inconvenience!!! The presence of taxidermy might not appeal to everyone!!!

we had a great time at pointers guest house! the location is super tranquil, and the breakfast was delicious with fresh ingredients. our family room was spacious and comfy. It was really clean. met david and eileen, they were so friendly and made us feel at home. we enjoyed hearing about the history of the place, so interesting!
the decor is a bit dated and could use an update. also, we heard some barking from the dogs which was a little distracting.
